03 How the work gets made

Everything on this site was built by talking to Claude Code in the terminal — I speak through Wispr Flow, review on localhost, and ship at a pace I wouldn’t have believed two years ago. The architecture, metric selection, and business logic are mine.

Woodworker turned analyst. I spent a decade inside B2B SaaS revenue teams — most recently building retention analytics for a 9-figure ARR customer base at Workato — and now I build data products the same way I used to build furniture: measured twice, cut once, finished properly.
